Die Physische Geographie (auch Physiogeographie) ist der naturwissenschaftliche Ansatz der Geographie und stellt somit neben der Humangeographie einen der beiden wichtigsten Teilbereiche innerhalb der Geographie dar. Sie erfasst, beschreibt und erklärt die Erdoberfläche als ein Gesamtsystem, das sich aus unterschiedlichen Subsystemen zusammensetzt.
