Die Midwayinseln, auch bekannt als Midway-Atoll (hawaiisch: Pihemanu, []), sind ein Atoll im nördlichen Pazifik, welches zu den Außengebieten der Vereinigten Staaten gehört. In den Vereinigten Staaten stellen die Inseln ein nicht inkorporiertes Territorium dar und werden für statistische Zwecke den United States Minor Outlying Islands zugeordnet.

As its name suggests, Midway is roughly equidistant between North America and Asia, and lies almost halfway around the world longitudinally from Greenwich, UK. It is near the northwestern end of the Hawaiian archipelago, about one-third of the way from Honolulu, Hawaii, to Tokyo, Japan.
