The Diocese of Urgell is a Roman Catholic diocese in Catalonia, Spain, and Andorra, with origins in the fifth century AD or possibly earlier. It is based in the region of the historical Catalan County of Urgell, though it has different borders. The seat and Cathedral of the bishop are situated in la Seu d'Urgell town. The state of Andorra is a part of this diocese.

Das römisch-katholische Bistum Urgell [] (kat.: Bisbat d’Urgell, lat.: Dioecesis Urgellensis) ist das spanische Bistum, dem der in La Seu d’Urgell residierende Bischof von Urgell als Diözesanbischof vorsteht. Es sticht dadurch heraus, dass sein Diözesanbischof ex officio mit dem französischen Staatspräsidenten einer der Kofürsten von Andorra und somit Staatsoberhaupt eines unabhängigen Staates ist. Der ganze Staat Andorra ist ein Teil dieser Diözese.
